1. Services to be Provided:

Fleezy Magic LLc agrees to provide cleaning services to the Client as follows:

.Regular cleaning of the dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and other specified areas.

.Sweeping and mopping of floors.

.Vacuuming carpets.

.Disinfecting surfaces and high-touch areas.

.Removal of trash and waste.

2. Schedule:

The cleaning services will be performed on ________________________ , starting on ______________________   , and will continue on a [Weekly/Bi-weekly/Monthly] basis.

3. Payment:

Client agrees to pay Service Provider (UPON AGREED SCHEDULE)for each cleaning service. Payment is due (UPON AGREED SCHEDULE).

4. Term and Termination:

This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until terminated by either party with a 14 day written notice.

5. Insurance:

Service Provider agrees to maintain liability insurance covering its cleaning services.

6. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information obtained during the provision of services confidential.

8. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States Of America, California.

9. Miscellaneous:

Any modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the Effective Date.

Sunday - Saturday

7am - 7pm

All cleaning supplies included

$30 hourly

2 hour Minimum booking required
