Hello Future Partner,

We are pleased to present this contract proposal for cleaning services for Your parking lot plaza. Fleezy Magic is committed to delivering exceptional cleaning solutions to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of your property.

Scope of Services:

.Sweeping and Debris Removal: Our team will regularly sweep the parking lot plaza to remove debris, dirt, and other waste materials to maintain cleanliness and prevent hazards.

.Trash Collection and Disposal: We will provide daily trash collection services to ensure that the parking lot remains free of litter. Collected trash will be disposed of responsibly off-site.

.Surface Cleaning: We will clean the surfaces of the parking lot plaza, including sidewalks, curbs, and other accessible areas, to remove stains, spills, and other visible dirt.

Pressure washing

Reporting: We will provide regular reports detailing the cleaning activities performed, any observations made, and any issues identified during our visits to keep you informed about the condition of the parking lot plaza.

Terms and Conditions:

*Service Schedule: ( see schedule and pricing page )

Our team will perform cleaning services _____________per week/month, as agreed upon in the contract.

*Duration: This contract shall commence on ___________________ and remain in effect for a period of _____________________, unless terminated earlier by either party in accordance with the terms outlined in the agreement.

*Payment Terms: Payment for cleaning services rendered will be due _________________ , as specified in the attached pricing schedule.

*Termination: Either party may terminate this contract with a 14 day written notice.

*Insurance:  Fleezy Magic LLc maintains comprehensive liability insurance to cover any unforeseen incidents that may occur during the provision of cleaning services.

Sunday - Saturday

 Available 6am - 6pm

_______ $30 hourly for lot wit 1 - 6 stores ____ ( + $40 for pressure washing ) optional.

 _______$50 hourly for lot with 1 - 10 stores  ____( + $40 for pressure washing ) optional.

2 hour minimum required
