(hereinafter referred to as the "Client").

 

1. Services to be Provided

The Cleaner agrees to provide the following cleaning services to the Client:

.Regular cleaning of the gym premises, including but not limited to floors, fitness equipment, restrooms, and common areas.

.Disinfection of high-touch surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment.

.Removal of trash and recycling materials.

.& any additional cleaning services as mutually agreed upon by both parties.

 

2. Schedule

The cleaning services will be performed on ( see last page for schedule slots)

*The schedule may be adjusted by mutual agreement between the Cleaner and the Client.

 

3. Term of Agreement

This Contract shall commence on __________________ and continue until terminated by either party with a 14 days' written notice.

 

4. Payment ( Fill Out After Scheduling )

The Client agrees to pay the Cleaner the agreed-upon fee of __________  per ___________, payable on _______________ of each _____________________.

5. Responsibilities of the Client-

 

The Client agrees to:

Provide access to the gym premises during the agreed-upon cleaning schedule.

Notify the Cleaner of any specific cleaning requirements or areas of focus.

Ensure the safety and security of the Cleaner during cleaning hours.

 

6. Termination

 

Either party may terminate this Contract with 14 days' written notice for any reason.

 

7. Confidentiality

 

The Cleaner agrees to keep all information regarding the Client and its operations confidential.

 

8. Insurance

 

The Cleaner shall maintain appropriate insurance coverage for its cleaning personnel.

 

9. Governing Law

 

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  United States of America, California.

 

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Cleaning Services Contract as of the Effective Date.

GYM CLEANING SCHEDULE AND PRICING

Sunday - Saturday

2 hour slots

24 hour availability

2 slots booking minimun required

slots do not have to be consectutive

$40 each slot

Slots Example. 6am-8am , 8am-10am , 10am-12pm , 12pm-2pm , etc...

Booking Example. Sunday - 4am-6am($40) , 12pm-2pm($40) , 6pm-8pm ($40)
