1. Services:

 The Cleaning Company agrees to provide the following cleaning services to the Commercial Business, as outlined in the attached Cleaning Schedule (Appendix A)

2. Term

This Contract shall commence on _______________________and continue until terminated by either party with [14] days written notice.

3. Compensation

The Commercial Business agrees to pay the Cleaning Company for the cleaning services provided according to the pricing and payment terms specified in Appendix B.

4. Payment Terms

Payments shall be made ______________________________ .

If Paying monthly, the Payment would be made on the ____________________ of each month.

 

Late payments may incur late fees of [10% increase each day after scheduled payment].

5. Access

The Commercial Business shall provide the Cleaning Company with access to the premises at the scheduled cleaning times. Any changes to access arrangements must be communicated in advance.

6. Equipment and Supplies

The Cleaning Company shall provide all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies unless otherwise specified in Appendix A. The Commercial Business shall provide access to electrical outlets and running water.

7. Insurance

The Cleaning Company shall maintain general liability insurance with coverage.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Contract with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this Contract.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information obtained during the provision of cleaning services.

10. Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States Of America, Califonia.

11. Entire Agreement

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements.

12. Signatures

This Contract may be executed in counterparts and delivered electronically or in writing. Each party acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions here.

Appendices: Initial Next to services wanted.

Appendix A:

 _____Breakroom Cleaning BR (includes trash empty, sweep, mop, vaccum if applicable, cleaning of tables, counter tops, fridge cleaning, microwave cleaning). Can include restock of supplies, with increase of pricing if we provide supplies, or free of cost if supplies provided.

_____Office cleaning OC (trash empty, vaccum, sweep or mop, cleaning of desk if wanted, window cleaning).

_____Restroom Cleaning RC (includes toilet cleaning, trash empty, sink cleaning, mop and sweep, restock). If cleaning woman isnt available, a cleaning man would be responsible for cleaning the ladys restroom. it will have to be closed and noone in or out untill he is done.

______Grounds Keeping GK (Includes empty of trash outside into large dumpsters, sweeping and trash removal from ground, cleaning of outsdie tables if any).
