Dear Potential Future Partner,

We are pleased to provide you with the terms and conditions of our cleaning services agreement. Fleezy Magic LLc is committed to delivering top-notch cleaning services tailored to meet the unique needs of your esteemed car dealership.

Services Provided:

General cleaning of showroom floors, including vacuuming and mopping.

Cleaning and sanitization of customer waiting areas, including seating, tables, and restrooms.

Dusting and wiping of desks, countertops, and other surfaces in office areas.

Exterior cleaning of windows and glass surfaces.

Trash removal and disposal.

Additional services as mutually agreed upon.

Schedule:

Cleaning services will be provided _____________________  according to the agreed-upon schedule.                                                   (daily, weekly, monthly)

Any adjustments to the schedule will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

Cleaning Products and Equipment:

Fleezy Magic LLc will provide all necessary cleaning products and equipment.

Our products are environmentally friendly and safe for use in automotive environments.

Insurance:

Fleezy Magic LLc carries comprehensive liability insurance to cover any unforeseen incidents during the provision of services.

The total monthly / weekly fee for cleaning services is ___________________.                             .

Payment is due [monthly / weekly].

Late payments may incur a penalty fee of Addition 10% added to total each day after scheduled day.

Termination:

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 day written notice.

Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information obtained during the term of this agreement.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of United States Of America, California.

$25 hourly

2 hour Minimum booking required
